Is there a management API to obtain OpenAPI spec from API Proxy / Product?

Hi everyone,

we're currently working on a solution for building Custom Portal using management APIs and we need to implement Swagger-like page to see details about API proxies. That's why we need to fetch OpenAPI specs which a developer has submitted to ApiGee. I've found this question here:

Because Apigee X has a different approach to managing API description documents like an OpenAPI spec, the APIs for spec storage on Apigee Edge did not graduate for public use.
