Is there a tool to generate Open API Spec from API Proxy bundle on local machine

I have the proxy bundle downloaded on my machine using the APIGEE Management API.

apigee2openapi is not working for me as our apigee is SSO enabled.

Is there a tool that can help me generate an Open API Spec from this proxy bundle on my local machine?
