Is there a way to check synchronization status of all apigee components?

Hello,

I have 2 DC apigee OPDK setup. I would like to shutdown 1 DC for a while and re start that DC back. I know if that DC is back online, the synchronization will automatically be done. But the synchronization may take some time. So, I would like to know if there is a way to check if the synchronization is finished? Or How can we know that all the message processors, cassandra, etc are fully synchronized?
