All limits are documented here

Not only for OPDK (Private Cloud) But also Public Cloud too (Apigee Edge)

Some of the limits are not enforced but they might be in the future, so have that in mind.

Anyhow, I suggest you contact sales as as although there are no technical limits per-se you might have some contractual limits which I might not be aware of.
