Multiple backend streaming endpoints- Single Vs multiple apigee proxy

Hi,

If we have multiple backend end points & each endpoints requires enabling streaming (Synchronous).

Is it good practice to  have separate Apigee proxy for each back endpoint for each streaming endpoint ?

or

Create one Apigee API proxy with multiple back end endpoints, having multiple endpoints, and each requires streaming enabled ?
