Our Postgres server and QPID server is intermittently going down on our new India AWS Apigee environment

Version 4.19.01 on-prem India

We have corn jobs to take system log backup for analytics every day at 9.30 am but while executing the cronjobs the analytics components are getting down every day after the backup

Anyone have any idea why it is happening to us? @Anil Sagar @ Google @Dino-at-Google @AMAR DEVEGOWDA
