Provision Ord for Apigee Edge old accounts

My previous Apigee EDGE org has been disabled. Is it possible to enable the org for the  same email address?

@anilsagarI also see that new Apigee accounts cannot be provisioned with trial orgs. How can I start the trial Edge for practice?
