This is a quick screencast covering a tech topic - how to use the Apigee API, available at apigee.googleapis.com, to perform various administrative operations. (This is documented here: https://cloud.google.com/apigee/docs/reference/apis/apigee/rest)
This screencast is not a comprehensive review of the Apigee API, but more a brief introduction to the basics of using it: how to specify the organization, how to get and specify an access token, how you might specify other settings.
It relies on curl, and then shows off the apigeecli tool.
