Smart Docs and api documentation issue

Hi

In apigee kick start Drupal portal, Smart Docs is being used to render swagger file to generate api documentation page. But looks like it just support Open API 2.0 not Open API 3.0.

same swagger file is not rendering properly in portal but its working fine on editor.swagger.io

Any solutions?? or can i use any other library or module for api documentation page??
