Smart Docs fails to show API of Swagger.yaml file (v2.0)

I have a swagger 2.0 yaml file that successfully uploads and renders but when I go to the API documentation page- it is blank. The swagger file validates successfully using Swagger tools and it executes successfully in A127 so I dont think there is a syntax issue. Are there some constraints to what Apigee can do with Swagger? A particular supported format or something?

Is this OPDK? Do any other swagger definitions appear correctly?

@JMalloy2 , Did you try to clear Drupal caches ? Are you on cloud ?

@Carlos Eberhardt .This is a private cloud install. I am uncertain how to clear the Drupal Cache. Carlos, I could send the swagger direct but cannot post it.
