TLS1.3 support for Northbound Connections in APigee Edge

One of my customer using TLS1.3 to connect our API proxy in Apigee Edge, and he received SSL Handshake failure. Can someone confirm if TLS1.3 supported in Apigee edge please?

Edge only supports TLS 1.2
