Unable to open api edge proxy

Whenever I am opening the api edge proxy I am getting the following exception "Error fetching Status- Error while accessing datastore;Please retry later."

Please help in solving the issue. Thanks

Based on your other community post here, I see that your org is "sunits". If you are seeing this error in "sunits" org, then we are sorry to inform you that your trial org "sunits" was found to be inactive and hence you are seeing these errors. Please see this link for more details.

@anilsr  and @dchiesa1  I am having OPD 4.52  paid version and had this apigee ui Error fetching API Proxies Error while accessing datastore Please retry later. after reboot the Cassandra it worked .
What could be the issue here ? I do not see any error in logs though.
