Unable to see api proxies after I log into API Management UI - free account

API proxies are working fine. Only API Management UI is affected. Apigee status page tells it should be operational now. I was not able to login during last 24 hours. Now I can login - but can't access my proxies.

Any ideas why?

Had to clear browser memory to make it work.
