We are using an on-prem setup. We have upgraded our RHEL OS from 6.9 to 7.4. Before the upgrade we took backup of qpidd and qpidd-server and stopped the services for patching activity.
After the upgrade we are unable to restart apigee-qpidd.
edge-qpidd-server seems to be up and running. But apigee-qpidd component is not running. We tried restoring the component and restarting. Still we get the below output on start or restart.
/opt/apigee/apigee-service/bin/apigee-service apigee-qpidd start
apigee-configutil: apigee-qpidd: # OK
apigee-service: apigee-qpidd: Not running (NO_LOCKFILE)
apigee-service: apigee-qpidd: status=2, continuing
apigee-service: apigee-qpidd: Not running (DEAD)
apigee-service: apigee-qpidd: status=3, continuing
apigee-service: apigee-qpidd: Not running (DEAD)
apigee-service: apigee-qpidd: apigee-qpidd is dead
Below is the log at path /dvl/api/var/log/apigee-qpidd/apigee-qpidd.log which gets updated when we execute the start or restart command. There is no error or any other info.
apigee-configutil: apigee-qpidd: # OK
# in pid 58433, pgrp=58348 -> 58433
Need some suggestion on how to fix the issue.
