What are the differences between the Cassandra compaction strategy in OPDK v 4.15.04 and 4.15.07?

Compaction Strategy is defined at the Column Family level. Not at C* global level.

Compaction strategy is can be changed to Leveled Compaction strategy, Provided the Hardware specs are meeting the Apigee recommendations for C* nodes.

Patch /script for changing compaction strategy for certain Keyspace(s)/column families can be made available on demand basis.
