They appear in all, or almost all the pages we create, is there a way thorough the UI or modify the template, custom? sorry I am in a hurry but if you need more details let me know!

Dear @Max.torres ,

It's a page title, It's getting rendered from page.tpl.php. You can override same in your theme page.tpl.php.

Instead of removing the Page Title, which is generally used in most of the pages, try to figure out how Contact Us below the page title is getting rendered & remove the same. You can do inspect element on the text & figure out from where it is getting rendered.
