designing the Apigee Runtime for Apigee Hybrid

Hi,

Is there any best practices for creating the number of Apigee runtime based on certain best practices like when using the AKS (Managed kubernetes)

1) Having the Apigee runtime based on number of Line of Business.

2) Designing Apigee Hybrid runtime based on Active/Active and Active Passive.

3) Designing Apigee Hybrid runtime based on Transaction per seconds.

Any other factors ?
