As I go to "environment configuration," there is no option to add additional environments.
This is super frustrating.
Why don't you guys have a phone number to call? Where is the live chat option that is referenced in your documentation? These questions are not relevant, but I am forced to use a minimum of 60 characters in this question.

This doc explains that for Edge SaaS customers, you get two environments: prod and test.
And that you need to contact Apigee Support to get additional environments.
