multiple global loadbalancers in northbound to segregate internet vs internal traffic in apigeex

we have an use case to separate the internet vs internal traffic using two separate Global load balancers with different cloud armor policies (one cloud armor with NATs for internal & other for internet) for traffic in the north bound of apigeex , is that technically possible to attach two gclb to the same MIGs in apgieex?
