smartdocs menu option not available in DRUPAL Content

Hello All,

i'm not able to see the SMARTDOCS menu under CONTENT in Drupal developer portal.

We are in Drupal 8 and edge in 4.19.06 version.

I would like to add the OpenApiSpecification json file to create the proxy.

That documentation is for Drupal 7, the module you want is API Catalog which has its own documentation. If you are using Kickstart this will be installed for you.
