Add row in back eng google

Hello everyone!
my APP uses
a security filter that assigns a row of data to established employees.
Each line has its own “ID”.
In my google sheet I need to insert a new line every now and then it will have to be ordered in order of time directly from the google sheet.
What can happen if the employee fills in his data line and at the same time I add a new line on the back-end sheet?

I think the question is, will adding a row directly into the spreadsheet cause problems. Not as fas as I know.
