Appsheet user/usage analytics

Hi, fairly new to the platform but I'm wondering if anyone has any tips for usage analytics. I'm wanting to create analytics reports mainly around user behavior. I know about the manage> monitor data but there's no way to export it and screen shots or captures come off as bad quality. Im wondering if theres a better way to go about this or a way to potentially get more data?

The only useage reports are what you can see in Manage -> Monitor, and you can't export them AFAIK

You need an enterprise account, having a Team, and being an Admin of this Team, to get the platform analytics.
