Auto Select a Value in Existing Row Form

I'm trying to auto-populate a value in a form, which could also be updated by the user. However, there are some thing to keep in mind. 

The form is updating an existing row, so I'm using LINKTOROW(). Additionally, I can't use a grouped action as there are some technicalities preventing me on doing that.

The current solution I have in place is using the Suggested Value with only a single value, which then the user needs to select. 

I would like to know if there is a way on auto selecting that single value as it is the only one available to select.

How about putting your expressions in the Initial Value property and setting Reset on edit on??

I will have to try that. But wouldn't Reset on Edit reset all values in the form?
