Bulk action not showing up

I was hoping to see the action when I bulk select rows, but no action shows up there. I searched for the problem and there was a thread where the solution was “if you choose “Hide menu and search buttons” in UX>Options it stops showing your bulk actions”.

But I couldn’t find any such option in UX>Options.

Please help.

That option got recently moved to UX->Brand
