CSV Link to tabs in AppSheets???

Hi, I've transferred my data from Area 120/Tables over to AppSheets. Though the database looks the same, I am unable to get a CSV Link to the tab. Anyone know how I can do this?

In Area 120/Tables - you simply clicked the tab and selected "CSV Link Sharing". Once the URL was copied I was able to insert into an importdata formula within Google Sheets so that I could create needed tables and metrics.

ANY help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you

I don't know what a "CSV link" is?  I am fairly certain what you are requesting is not a feature in AppSheet.

AppSheet supports CSV exports from a view or an App Creator can create an automation process that generated CSV files.  But there isn't any capability to perform CSV exports of the raw datatables.

If you could describe for what purposes you used the importdata feature to create tables and metrics, we might be able to offer alternatives in AppSheet that do the same thing - if they exist.

Hi, what we previously did was to copy the CSV Link from Area 120/Tables for a specific tab. We then go into Sheets and add the CSV Link to a formula. By doing so, as updates were made in Area 120/Tables, the updates would auto-update on the Sheets tab. We then would use formulas on other tabs to pull specific data from the live data tab (using COUNTIFs, importdata for certain columns and filtering to what we need, etc.) -  make sense?  I am not seeing how this is possible within AppSheets which with Area 120/Tables now only being read only is causing us many issues.
