Cannot view PDF files Offline

Hi, I have a prototype app that uploads PDF files for administrator users, and serves the files for other users to see. The problem is that the PDFs must be accesible offline, so I enabled the “Store content for offline use” option, but the files are not accesible offline, even waiting several minutes. I don’t know if there is something more to do.

Thanks, I checked the article and the documents are referenced as relative paths, and the sum of data is 3MB so it should be easy for the app to download the files. Don’t know what is the problem.
