Change UX format from a different table

Hi,

I am trying to change the employees name column green and add a icon once an employee is 100% trained in my "Employee Data" table. Now the issue is the column that ref is on another table called "Training Data" which is a Yes/No. Now when I trying and ref back to that column is saying the type is "List" and the expression is invalid.

What is the expression you are having trouble with. What is the error message?

The expression is valid but its result type 'List' is not one of the expected types: Yes/No. 

I am using a virtual column referencing the column I need to be true.
