Connect to Big Query

My organization uses Big Query to pull the data into AppSheet and also downloads some check points to keep track of the data. I am using scheduled automation to download the checkpoints. Can we download the checkpoints directly into BigQuery directly instead of google sheets because currently I am using google sheets?

This isn't clear at all. 

If you are asking can an AppSheet app connect directly to a Big Query database, the answer is YES it can.  I am currently supporting an app that uses Big Query and it works quite well.

If you are asking something else then please elaborate.
