Copy Database including all formula to another apps

Is it possible to copy everythng that is database and including formula from one apps to another apps

Short of copying the entire app, no.

If I want only one of the database inclduing all the setting and formula? I don't think this is possible right ?

You can only copy the whole app definition, not any part of it.
