Create Enumlist with values from sheets

I have a huge list of options(data) to be selected in the app. And adding one by one in a EnumList would be exhausting. 

I want to know if there’s a way to insert these option(data) in a table of google sheets (disposed in only one column), and the app recognizes the data as options to be selected by the user.
