Create a Slice with a list of values in the detail view the user is seeing

Hi everyone, 

Is there a way to create a slice with a list of values of the record the user is watching in the app?

Imagine the user watching a detail view of a record, inside that record a field is a list of id's. Is there a way to spot this list of id's to create a momentary slice of another table? The slice should change if I access the detail view of another record.

I guess something involving IN() function.

Why not just use an interactive dashboard?
