Data does not appear after submitting data

hello everyone..

I need help with the AppSheet form display after submitting. for the original application the display comes out, but the image above is a copy application where the display is blank after submitting the data.

can anyone help with this problem?

Is the view using a slice and the formula is hiding that row? Or do you have a security filter in that table doing the same? Is the option "Filter out all existing rows" set as ON? That you can find from table settings.  These three things I would propose to check first.
