I have one user who uses multiple devices—all signed in with the same Google email address (potentially up to 40 different devices). Would there be any limit to how many different devices this single user can log into using that one Google email address? And secondly, would AppSheet treat each of these devices as a separate user, or recognize them as a single user since the same email is used across all devices?
Hi,
depending on whether your subscription plan is secure or public.
Plan secure (1u-5d); supports having the same user logged in on up to five devices at a time. This is considered only one user. One user, five sign in (devices) , with the same email.
Plan public (1u-1d); If an employee opens a public app on two devices, AppSheet will count two guest users rather than one. One user, one sign in.

@jballester thank you. And to clarify further, if within my google workspace, there are multiple enterprise apps that are to be used. Say a user would typically use 5 or 6 enterprise level apps. Would users require a new license for each app? Or is it a case that you pay for one enterprise license as a user, and that user can use as many enterprise (and core) level apps as they like?
@jballester just wanting to follow up on this follow up question.
