How can I have only specific values from an enum dropdown list be available based on an app formula?
I have a project management app. Each project contains Pay Item Numbers related to that specific project, like so:
Each project has a “Tasks” (child) table where the Foreperson would select (via enum) the “Pay Item Number” they’re working on and they’d then enter how many hours to perform that Pay Item Number.
Our goals are to maintain just one table of all pay items, and to have only that projects specific pay item numbers show up based on an app formula (we don't want the Forepersons to have to choose what project they're working on).
How can I make it so that only those pay items related to that specific project show up in the enum?
