Error creating App

When I try to create a new App, i get this error:

Also in my apps it is not possible to generate and save new PDF files from functions like "AttachAndArchieve" oder "Create file".

Are you trying to create a new app from an exisisting data? Case yes, make sure the database is not broken.

I get this error for any create variant:

- From Data

- From template

- From Idea

-Blank

None works.
