Excess delimiters using CONCAT expression

Hi Appsheet,
Not very much good with the CONCATENATE expression, a little help would be nice…

I was trying to join different columns using CONCAT expression but is returning excess delimiters when few columns are blank. Any suggestion on the formula? Thanks in advance.
