Histograms no longer showing totals when hover over graph

Hello, On a desktop machine, I am no longer able to get the total numbers shown on each bar of a graph when hovering my mouse over the graph bar. Any idea why this has started to happen? I can see the number when using a mobile device but not when it is viewed on a workstation.
