Horizontal scroll bars not working

As of today, horizontal scroll bars are visible in my apps, but none of them work for all users.  Major issue!  Reloading/closing browser and re-opening has had no effect.  This is using Chrome browser.

Some users noticed this and it's supposed to be fixed. Maybe it will take some time to see the effect.
This is related to chrome/chromium 105
