How can I re-open a request that was closed before i could provide more details?

Hi!

I’m trying to train a new model but it gets stuck in:

Training your custom predictive model…

I’ve tried deleting it, starting a new one with a different set of columns, etc… without success.

Any ideas?

Hi @Controller_Planeador, our predictive model service was down, but now it’s back up again. Your models should be trained and the delays you were seeing should be gone.
