How can I use a customize the sending of email address in BOT. Example if the row met the condition. email of that row will be used as an email address on my BOT

If you only want to send a mail if the row met a condition you can set an if branch in the Bot.

If you want the to address to change according to the data of the row you can have an expression that the result of will be the to address.
