How to add predicted values to a table?

I'm stuck.

I have a trained (99% accuracy) Predictive Model "Group", using input column [note].
I have action "Add Predicted Group" on table TICKET TRACKER to set row value for [group] in the table.  This works correctly when the action is manually triggered within the app.

The problem: I can not get the action to trigger via a BOT (or, if it is triggered, nothing is updated in the table).  Screenshots below are from my most recent attempt, but please be assured I've tried lots and lots of different approaches without joy.  HELP!
