How to / can I create a QR code widget to connect to digital business card / vcard

Hello,

I want to build a QR code widget that sits on my android home screen that I can link to a virtual business card or vcard. There are a ton of apps like "blinq" But I don't want their branded stuff, I want to make my own.

1. is this possible?

2. Are there resource guides for this process?
