How to set up the onboarding guide and remove pre-set ones from google?

  Hi Guys, Sory I again am trying to build an onboarding resource tool where when new joiners start they can log in to this system and be able to understand how to set up their account and other applications. However, I am unsure of how to remove the pre-set ones which google showed as an example and how do I put in my own course and guild?  Thank you in advance

I guess this is a template.

Make another view different than Onboarding, it can be any list view. You will be able to edit the records there.
Make sure this view is hidden for anyone else so you are the only one that can edit it

Thanks for the information how can I make a tab for example if someone clicks on FAQs it will take them to all FAQs and if someone clicks Help it will take them to all the Help pages. Thanks
