Inline list in detailed view - Exercise Progress

Hi,

I hope all of you are well. Please can you help me? This is a workout App I have created.

When logging the performance of an exercise I want an inline list at the bottom to show the performance data of this exercise from the previous weeks.

So they can see what they did the week before. I have tried to ref the exercise with the main data and a slice, but the inline list is not visible when I add it as a column. 

Any tips/advice would be greatly appreciated.

This is challenging to assist without having more context.

A couple questions (I apologize if they are overly obvious):

1. Is the related list column shown? (show if toggle is on or evaluates to a TRUE result)
2. Are you sure there are child key values in that column? (open the test environment through the 'preview data' button at the top of the table or through the 'test' button within the app formula for the related list column and ensure that you have at least 1 key in the related list column)
3. Is the related list column included in your slice? (only relevant if your detail view is based on a slice)

Thank you for taking the time to come back to me. 

1. Yes it is ticked to be shown.

2. What done is create a duplicate sheet within the google sheets. The duplicate then has an Array in there which copies from the main sheet data. Both have the same columns and data. Including a unique ID column. 

The exercises are showing this yellow symbol near them - does this mean something is not correct with the ref?
