Launch another from a link in current apps

Is it possible to launch another exatly that employee particulare from the current apps like below?

I never tried this myself, but this is probably what you need to work on.

The problem is where to add this hahaha I never try this also and don't where to start

You can create a new action, hide the default view_ref action attached to the Employee ID and attach the newly created action to it instead.
