Limit number of cards shown in card view with "view more" option?

Apologies if this question has been asked, I couldn't find an answer!

Is there a way to force a card view to only display x number of cards with the ability to click "view more" or "view all" once a user reaches the bottom?

There is no built in feature for this. 

What is the reason you wish such a feature?  AppSheet has good scrolling capabilities that should eliminate the need for a "View More" feature.
