Making Image collector app

I have a business of Infrastructure . I want to make a app which collects images from sites which is around 20 images . 

But Issue is that . Is it possible that when a vendor upload image it automatically resize and converts all images into a desired ppt . 

or is it also possible that all images will directly stores in gallery of mobile

When inserting an image in Appsheet, it will automatically resize it. Can be adjusted from Settings in the General menu

I don't recommend setting photos to be stored directly on your phone. Because it will make space in your mobile phone full. You should save it directly to Google Drive.

Collection of photos around 20 can suitable or is another option which is better from these .
