Making the data in app sheet table uneditable depending on the inputs of one particular column

I have made an app wherein i am filling some data as a quotation for my customer. Now I have given a column in this table named status . When i change the status of quotation to purchase order i want that the particular row should become uneditable.

Please help how is to be done
