Mask File path / URL with Virtual Column

Good day Community.

I have a web hook that sends a message to our Company Notice Google Chat.

It send a link of the File attached to the company notice that has been uploaded.

I want to shorten / Rename the path using a virtual column to shorten it.

Any suggestion?
