Is it possible to merge multiple images/doc scanned in various columns into a single pdf file?

Yes,  in general you can include all those columns in template that creates PDF through AppSheet automation.

When you use the Create a file task in an automation, you can define the file’s template to include all the columns you want, including multiple columns that each comprise an image.

I had thought about this solution, but the created .pdf file can be reassigned to a specific column based on the customer id
